Our On-site Teams

At Inspirium we appreciate the need for experience within your market sector to understand your operational requirements. Our Teams comprise a wide variety of industry backgrounds from transport and manufacturing to distribution and commercial. The account teams are motivated and targeted based on achieving the key performance indicators within our agreed service level agreements. During our implementation programme we will draft the following documents in conjunction with our client which will be the template for the activities for our on-site teams:

KPI Reporting

We understand how fundamental it is to our clients business that tight controls are in place for productivity and costing purposes. At contract inception we will agree a Service Level Agreement that lays out the expectations of our client and what Inspirium will do to deliver on those commitments. Key Performance Indicators will be used to measure service delivery and will be made available as and when the client desires, and in whatever format. As standard we will report on the following areas:

Compliance

It is Inspirium responsibility to ensure that all our workers and systems are fully compliant and up to date with legislation. We undertake regular training sessions with all our staff and audit all systems to ensure peace of mind.
